You know I have heard many claims that certain products work this way or that way and many I can say really do work. When I was asked to review the Oska Pulse wearable chronic pain device I’m going to be honest I was a skeptic. You see I have a bad chronic back injury that occurred years ago and I swear I have tried many devices that did OK!

If you were to visit my home you would see that I not only have many devices, I have a crap load of medicines I take daily to help me manage the pain. Many times I find myself overwhelmed by the pain and the use of some of the meds that make me sick. So when the Oska Wellness company mentioned the Oska Pulse device I was excited to give it a try especially if it helps me to cut down on some of these strong pain meds.

Well the device arrived.

oska1Inside the Oska Pulse box were two straps, the USB connection and of course the Oska Pulse device. Now before we get started let me tel you about the Oska Wellness company. Their headquartered is located in San Diego and they’ve introduced the Oska Pulse which is a wearable chronic pain relief device.

So you may be asking, what’s so different about this device and how do it work?

Well, the device’s proprietary eTec Pulse Technology is designed to optimize Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy to help reduce muscle stiffness, relieve minor pain, and increase mobility.

The Oska Pulse comes with a specially designed compression wrap. When the product is in use, a soft, pulsating blue light will appear around its perimeter for 30 minutes, and users will have no sensation per company.

Because of the PEMF technology used in the device, it is recommended that individuals who are pregnant or nursing and/or who have a heart pacemaker or defibrillator, as well as those being treated for cancer, should consult their physician before using Oska Pulse.

You know with so many of us getting older we’re bound to experience a few aches and pains. Growing old is just a part of life and many different ailments comes right along with age and when it occurs the first thing we have on hand are many painkillers.

But Oska Wellness saw a better way of helping people like me and you with chronic pain. You may think this device is small but rest assure yes it’s small but also very useful, portable, and equipped with safely optimizes Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapeutic technology, which so happens to be a longtime therapy used by medical practitioners in order to assist individuals live out a more active, pain-free and drug-free lifestyle.

I love that this device is a non-invasive, drug-free solution without any kind of known side effects . Just place in the  specially designed compression wrap, place in pain area, turn it on and sit back and relax. The device can be worn comfortably under your clothing.

When the unit is in session a soft pulsing blue light will appear around the perimeter of the device for half an hour. I couldn’t wait to give the device a try since my back pain is debilitating at times. I used the device for 6 days and several times during the day and I didn’t feel a thing, I mean some devices have a reaction to them you know like a vibration  but nothing with the Oska Pulse. I actually wasn’t sure if it was on but it was.

I really wasn’t sure if I was doing it right but when you look over everything you’ll see that you have it placed correctly and no vibration, shaking or other move were required. It’s just like it stated a soft pulsing blue light! Let me also say I did speak with my physician first to make sure it was ok to try the device out.

As I stated I did it for six days and used it several times a day. I was also told to make sure to drink plenty of water when using the Oska Pulse, this will help the body with recovery. I walked around in it, went to the store with it on and even laid back for a while each day. Each day I felt my pain less, now it wasn’t no big WOW factor for I still had pain but I can tell the device was providing me with  less pain every day. My back appeared to feel better to be honest within 4 days, I even found myself not taking those strong pain meds every 4 hours as prescribed.

I felt as though my mobility was much better than before I started because long walking was a challenge for me some days. I can only say since using the Oska Pulse I have felt improvement but my pain is still there but it feels so good knowing that there is an alternate device that can offer me some relief from pain and taking all those strong medicines!! I will continue to use the Oska Pulse in hopes of it reliving my pain even more each day.

Results of the pain relief vary from one person to another, but more importantly I believe it do work! So if you’re tired of ingesting all those painkillers visit the  Oska Wellness  website to order your device, hey why not try it there’s nothing to lose!
