I was fortunate to be picked to review this Awesome 2012 Kia Rio-SX 4 door. When the Kia gentlemen delivered this pretty Red & Black Kia Rio SX ,all I could say was how did they know I love the color red! Let me tell you about this car first it is AWESOME. The car has a 1.6L, 4 cyl engine with a Active Eco System. 17″ Alloy wheels plus a sunroof top. a Backup Camera , Heated Seats, Sirius Satellite Radio & a Navigation System.
This Rio-SX has a sporty new look that is sure to make heads turn. It is a really cool car with lots of safety features like, dual front advances airbags, remote key-less entry for us girls for quick entry. Anti -lock brakes, a dual iPod hook up, full size side airbags, traction control and safety awarded features. The seats are so comfortable and feels so good on my back. The Rio -SX has Bluetooth wireless technology, leather wrapped steering wheel cover & a operating system for your phone and radio all controlled right from the steering wheel!!
Did I say on top of all that and much more it has a 10year 100,000 mile limited power-train warranty and 5-year road assistance. The Kia Rio -SX was named the “Best Subcompact and Family Sedan Car” by Motor week. The storage space for your trunk has a full-size capacity. For all of us who try to be environmentally friendly at the end of the Kia Rio-SX lifespan 85% of the Kia Rio material are recyclable.
The seats foam material is made from 100% biodegradable material, and nontoxic castor engine oil which benefits the environment in several ways by reducing the use of petroleum-based products. Castor oils come from plants; this is generated from completely renewable energy sources.
I’m a mom that is always thinking about the safety of my family and the Kia Rio gives me that peaceful feeling. It’s a great compact vehicle that holds a family of four very well. I say go to your local Kia Dealer and test drive one of their cars for yourself. You will be AMAZED!!!!
We had a great time experiencing the Kia Rio-SX and were able to take a family trip to Comerica Park to watch the Tigers win and take in a few movies!

I love what Kia have done to heir cars, compared to back in the days. They are definitely very stylish cars, with a lot of character and great prices. And great quality cars too! Honestly, a few years ago, I wouldn’t have considered buying a Kia, but now, they are in my top 3! I love their cars! And I love your review, very insightful!

I have fallen in love with Kia after getting to drive a couple different ones this year. I have always been loyal to Nissan but when I go to buy my next vehicle, I will certainly be looking at Kias.
