After explaining my symptoms to  Dr, Parab, she was able to diagnose my problem fast and she sent over a few scripts to my local pharmacy! And guess what? All that was done via my computer…….got to love Amwell and their awesome medical online platform!

  • It sounds like a good idea for small things. Especially since seeing a foc for 15 or less can take hours out of your day.

  • I think this would be great to use. You and the doctor can decide if it’s something more serious and whether you need to see someone else in person.

  • I know my insurance will not pay for this type of service .I had just tried to do something similar with a Dr on the east coast I’m in Ca. and they would not cover it. It is interesting when you only have something very mild going on.

  • I love the concept, being able to be checked ‘right away’ is a plus. As a parent it is a big disadvantage to get sick and have to deal with demanding kids

  • I will be going here to check it out more and use this myself. Many times we have had issues in the middle of the night or while I am at work. Seems also, they tend to get hit on sickness on Saturday nights and Sunday, no doctor. This is awesome. Thanks for the information on this site.
