OK guys! This is my first blog review and giveaway. I had the pleasure of winning a GC from FashionPlaytes during the Holidays and I tell you my daughter has never been so happy. You see FashionPlaytes is a kids designer site where children design there own clothing.
My daughter designed a wonderful Shawl and a very pretty belt that she just received over the weekend. Above you will see just a few samples of designs that other children have made. This is the coolest site I have ever seen.....You Design It....They Make It.... You Wear It!

As a young girl I designed most of my clothing and was fortunate to have a very talented mother who could sew. She indulged me and made wonderful custom outfits for my first days of school, dances and special events. On occasion, we’d stay up almost all night selecting embellishments and making the outfit “just right”. I recall the pride and satisfaction of creating something that was exclusively mine. I now have a 7 year old daughter who is designing clothing and asking me to make it for her. Fortunately, Grammy Rose is happy to take on most of these projects (along with a sword cover or two from my son, but that’s for our next project…).

How wonderful is this I wish I was a kid again. What amazing fun! I can see some young designers coming out of this!!!
I have been looking into this for my daughter for her birthday. I think she would love to make the jacket and a dress. She is a fashion diva in the making. :)
Addy's too young for this quite yet, but I can tell she's going to be a girly-girl! She'll probably design a ball gown...lol =)
I love the Fashion Playtes designs. A dress would be great for Gwen.

My daughter is 7 and a typical Diva. She saw the site and wanted everything. BUT, I know her, and I think she would love the audrey dress all decked out with gems and under trim.
She'd probably want to design a headband.. loving hair accessories now!
Don't enter me because I don't have a young child. But, this is a great idea! Love it.
