Bed-wetting , Millions of adults suffer, too

Many of those with urinary incontinence are too ashamed to seek help. Even though many people think bed wetting is a childhood problem it's not. There are millions of American adults that are affected by urinary incontinence. Many people are not aware that many medical diagnosis can cause bed wetting as well. Many veterans are effected and of course many teens.

In the world we live in today many medical doctors can try and add some comfort to those who suffer by using medication and other bed wetting methods. If you have ever seen the frustration on an adult or child's face it can be extremely embarrassing. I urge you to take a moment to speak with the child or adult that may be experiencing Nocturnal Enuresis this will help to give the child or adult understanding of what they maybe going through and to also let them know they are not alone. Many are not forthcoming when it comes to dealing with incontinence's.

“Bed-wetting can affect partnerships, it can affect sleep, and it can be a financial burden, as well, if you factor in the cost of bedding, protective sheets, mattress covers,It can all be overwhelming.

This is why I have focused so much on providing our children and adults a devices that will give them relief from incontinence as well as helping to give them back there dignity.

"The Night Helper Watches" are here to serve the purpose of assisting bed wetters.

Again this is just my medical opinion...always check with your urologist, family physician.

I suffered from this for a few months after my hysterectomy in 07. It was so frustrating! I was blessed as my body healed this subsided, but I know how disheartening this condition can be.

I am glad that you did a post on this because as our parents become older they need something to remind them to get up to go the bathroom. Fantastic!!

This was the link I was trying to send before, Ms Lisa...I am not sure if it ever got to you :) xo http://www.thesitsgirls.com/2008/06/welcome-to-sitstahood-we-are-group-of.html

And I do agree with Liz...we need to be prepared for this!

And you are right...your watch design is what the medical community could use to help us, help others!

I am so glad someone else feels the same way I do about this topic. Everyone thinks you are potty trained for life and that means you can't have these issues either, that going to the bathroom is about your body connecting with your brain! I wrote a small article about childhood potty training and how this relates: http://www.typeamom.net/rules-of-potty-training.html Love your blog, so informative, so glad you stopped by too!

thanks for commenting on the jaime fox post. I so agree about the respect issue. He's an adult though...there is NO excuse for what he did.

very nice post lisa. Thank you for doing this. Also thank you for commenting on my jaime fox post. Exactly, where is the respect, but more importantly, he is an adult, there is NO excuse.
